    Our mission is to cultivate a regenerative, community-rooted approach to growing nutrient-dense, clean, and sustainable food in Central Texas. We believe everyone can learn to grow food, and that nourishing, chemical‑free produce is essential for vibrant health. By empowering our neighbors with education and hands‑on experience, we aim to rebuild trust in the food we eat and strengthen our community through shared abundance.

        farmland shifts toward large corporate ownership and grocery store offerings become less nutrient-rich, our community has an opportunity to reclaim a more connected way of living. Through no‑till, poison‑free practices and a commitment to stewarding living soil, we seek to restore both the land and our well‑being. “Neighbors helping neighbors” guides everything we do as we work together to grow the clean food our bodies were designed to thrive on.

    Three Rivers was established in 2021 as a sustainable farm producing fruit, seasonal vegetables and pasture-raised animals. Our family bought a parcel from the Youngblood family who owned the land since the late 1800s and always practiced traditional, regenerative methods for cattle, watermelon and flowers.  We (Heather, my son Andrew and daughter Adriana) grow fruits, vegetables and heritage pigs. We produce chicken and duck eggs supplemented with Texas Natural Feeds which are GMO, corn and soy free. We do in-house canning and fermenting. We bake a variety of sourdough breads and gluten-free goods. We are members of the Farmer Veteran Coalition, Homegrown by Heroes and GoTexan.
